Install on Android

  1. Use your Android phone. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Download the app. Tap Download APK and wait for it to finish. Open Chrome’s Downloads and tap the AllTraxx APK.
  3. Allow installation if asked. Tap Settings, then allow Chrome to install apps from this source. Return to Downloads and open the APK again.
  4. Install and open. Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open.
  5. Check the version. In AllTraxx, open Menu → Settings → About. The app version should read 0.9.36.

Find the APK in Downloads, then follow the message on your phone.

Can’t find or open the APK?

In Chrome, open Downloads and wait until alltraxx-0.9.36-6084.apk has finished downloading. Tap the file to open the installer.

On Oppo / ColorOS, try the phone’s Files app: open Downloads and tap the AllTraxx APK there.

Asked to allow this source?

From the installer message, tap Settings and enable Allow from this source for the app opening the APK. If you opened it in Chrome, allow Chrome; if you used Files, allow that app.

Return to Downloads, tap the APK again, then tap Install. The setting’s name can vary by phone.

Still blocked or “App not installed”?

Check that the download finished and that your phone has free storage. If it still fails, send the exact message and your phone model to support@alltraxx.ca.

If AllTraxx is already installed, keep your saved rides. Contact support before uninstalling.

Android build 6084. Firmware 0.8.4 is for the new box boards. An older box keeps its current firmware. Group Ride needs a compatible paired AllTraxx box.

AllTraxx 0.9.36 (build 6084) installs over this app and keeps your rides, pins and maps.

  1. AllTraxx 0.9.36 (build 6084) installs over this app and keeps your rides, pins and maps.
  2. Your dot stays with you when your phone's clock and the box's clock disagree.
  3. The app now sends its diagnostic log by itself, newest first, when you are stopped and online. You no longer press SEND. It waits while you are moving and tries again later if a send fails.
  4. The CONNECT key on the Tools sheet stays down and lit while the box link is confirmed. GPS STATUS always lights the source in use, PHN or BLE.
  5. Saving a map no longer waits forever on a stalled connection, and a busy database no longer makes a save fail.
  6. Everything in 0.9.30 is included.
  7. We have not yet tested this build with two boxes on a ride. If something fails, tell us from Send Feedback.
