Recording, maps, sharing and your group.
Does it work without cell service?
Yes. Your phone records the ride without cell service. Download the map area before you leave coverage, wait until it is ready, then open it to check the whole ride and the way back.
Save an offline map →What does the hardware module do?
The AllTraxx box exchanges rider positions over radio and connects to your phone over Bluetooth. Each rider needs compatible paired hardware on the same radio channel. Fit the antenna before turning Group Ride on.
Pair your box →Can I export or share my ride?
Yes. In My Traxx, open More, then Share. Choose AllTraxx for a .traxx ride package or Plain file for GPX, then Send. Pin files use .traxxpin and are imported separately.
Share a saved ride →What should I check before my first ride?
Download and open your offline map, check your location permission and power, then make a short recording and confirm it saved in My Traxx. If you use Group Ride, pair each box and check the group together before leaving.
Before the trail →Why is a rider missing from my map?
Check your own box connection and radio state first. A missing rider can mean their position has stopped updating; a last-known marker is not a live position. Tap the rider marker or edge indicator to inspect it, and follow the Group Ride checks.
Read rider states →What happens if the app closes during a recording?
Reopen AllTraxx and check the recording state. It attempts to resume a recording saved as active on the phone. Recovery can fail, and points still waiting to be written may be missing. Check the ride before continuing.
Recording recovery →What data do diagnostics send?
When enabled, Automatic Diagnostics can send recent module diagnostics on Wi-Fi or cellular. Share Ride Routes is a separate setting; it adds routes to automatic diagnostics on Wi-Fi only. Share Ride Routes also applies to SEND DIAGNOSTICS; a manual send can include routes on cellular. EXPORT leaves ride routes out.

Group Ride uses compatible paired AllTraxx hardware on the same radio channel. The Field Guide lists the app and firmware versions and setup steps.
